Weber SilverEx - Your Solution for the Silver Recovery from Photographic Chemicals (Weber SilverEx Entsilberungsanlage für Fotochemie)

The goal of every Photofinisher, Photoprocessor or Photolab is to maximise the recovery of silver from photographic chemicals. Since Bleachfix (Bx) and Developer (CD) are rich in Silver (Ag), it is very important to extract the most amount possible with a Photographic Chemical De-Silvering (Entsilberungsanlage) machine. While most photo labs have already switched to one of our machines after the Weinmann Entsilberungsanlagen are no longer available, many are still throwing away more than 5g of Silver per litre. We have developed and improved our system for over 20 years to be able to recover silver from the photographic chemicals down to 0,2g per litre - and even then we have a silver recovery unit that is able to extract down to 0g of Silver. With this system you're able to recover silver from washwater as well.

Our Weber SilverEx machines are fully equipped with smart pH probes and controllers that adjust the pH to the optimal level for the recovery of silver from chemicals as well as a connection to both tanks surrounding the machines to ensure that no overflow of chemicals can happen. At 120 ampere the machine can De-Silver 3200l a day, 400l every 3 hours - while it can reach a peak of 200 ampere in case more de-silvering is necessary. We also offer two smaller versions of the De-Silvering machine (Entsilberungsanlage) in case one is needed for smaller amounts of Bx, CD or C41.

Our system for recovering silver from film chemicals is currently being used in almost every major European photo lab for a reason! We are also supplying waste-disposal companies with our silver extraction units. While we are also able to service, repair and re-build Weinmann Entsilberungsanlagen Silvex and UTEC Silver Recovery Units, our process of recovering and extracting silver from photographic chemicals is not only more efficient, but also more reliable and requires no human input at all It is equipped and optimised to run photographic chemicals from Fuji, Calbe and many other providers and to recycle the chemicals afterwards with our specialised photographic chemical mixer. If you use both machines combined, no employee oversight is necessary anymore - apart from a 1-minute clean of the pH-probes every two months. No more cartridges for de-silvering and no more loss of revenue by silver going to waste. Both machines are fully automatic and oversee every single tank, pH-value and input to make sure the photofinishing and photo processing can guarantee the highest quality of your photo products.
