Our standard sized Chemical Mixer can mix 400l of ready-to-use product per hour and is equipped with a pH regulator and Siemens touch panel to adjust any input seamlessly. All parts can be disassembled conveniently for servicing and cleaning. Every Chemical Mixer also comes with an extra tank attached for the manual preparation of the product if needed. State of the art de-silvering of photographic chemicals
Our custom made Silver Extraction Machine for Photographic Chemicals is able to process more than 400l every three hours and recover silver down to 0,2g. It extracts silver from any photo or film chemical rich in silver while automatically adjusting the pH as well as monitoring the capacity of the tanks surrounding it to avoid any overfilling. Our machines are being used by large photo labs, medical screening companies and waste management companies to extract all silver from photographic and film chemicals. Fully automated with pH regulation
Our Weber CannaMix is an automatic nutrient mixer for industrial and commercial cannabis farmers with automatic dosage of nutrients and smart pH regulation for automatic irrigation. It will automatically add the required dosage of each nutrient before mixing and distributing it to the cannabis plants through your irrigation system. The amount of nutrients as well as the pH can be regulated and managed on a Siemens touch panel. We can fully customise the nutrient mixer to suit the automatic feeding of your cannabis plants in your operations. We also strive to clean the waste water with our filtering system to make it sewage-safe. With our system we optimise the pH-level at all times to reduce the usage of any pH-products as well as enabling the complete extraction of Silver to minimise the loss in waste management. About us
Weber Technische Anlagen is family owned business that has been incorporated by Reinhold Weber near Dortmund, Germany in 1987. We specialised in the complete overhaul of large scale photo finishing companies and labs across Europe. With our expertise we have helped all major photo labs in over 15 European countries to enhance quality, save cost and reduce waste, while making the work for the employees more convenient. Over the years we have accumulated the largest warehouse and stock for Agfa parts worldwide through which we are also able to reproduce new spare parts for our clients. All of our machines are being designed and built in-house in Unna, Germany and are being customised to the clients needs, delivered and installed - which training for the employees of our clients. We can rebuild anything from photographic chemical mixers and minilabs to photo cutters, splicers and even the sorting and transporting of photobooks and other accessories. We have built machines for the photo industry from A-Z and our philosophy is to build reliable machines that can be serviced by the clients without our help and the main goal is to push the boundaries of what's possible.
